How to obtain your software licence

After your purchase, you will usually receive your licence keys promptly by email. In rare cases, there may be brief delays.
Provision is made exclusively in digital form, and your keys are also stored in your customer account.

The process:

The order and payment are completed.
The licence keys are automatically provisioned by our system.
Delivery is usually prompt via email (in isolated cases, there may be brief delays).
The keys are permanently available in the customer’s account.
The software is activated using the key you have received.

Why digital:

Usually available at short notice (even outside normal business hours)
No delivery charges
Digital provision – environmentally friendly
Permanently stored in the customer’s account

Special notes regarding digital content
The right of cancellation lapses in the case of a contract for the provision of digital content not stored on a tangible medium once we have commenced performance of the contract, after you have expressly agreed that we may commence performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and you have confirmed your awareness that, by giving your consent to the commencement of performance, you lose your right of cancellation.

The right of cancellation expires if:

You have expressly agreed that the performance of the contract may commence before the end of the withdrawal period
You have confirmed that you are aware that, by giving this consent, you forfeit your right of cancellation
