Cloud & collaboration
The Microsoft 365 platform combines Office applications, cloud storage, communication and security features within a modern digital environment.
With OneDrive, every person on the Family subscription gets 1 TB of personal cloud storage. With six people, this means a total of up to 6 TB of cloud storage is available.
Microsoft 365 can be used on PCs, Macs, smartphones and tablets. Each person can be signed in on up to 5 devices at the same time.
Microsoft Copilot enhances selected Microsoft 365 applications with AI-powered features. These include, amongst other things, assistance with creating, editing and summarising content, as well as advanced capabilities for creative tasks and AI-generated images.
The Microsoft 365 Family plan offers the subscription holder a higher Copilot usage quota than the free version. A higher usage quota is also available for creating AI-generated images.
Microsoft Teams adds communication and video features to Microsoft 365. This enables families and users to communicate and collaborate with one another within their digital environment.
Microsoft Defender provides additional security features to protect data and devices.
Important note: The AI features of the Microsoft 365 Family subscription are available exclusively to the subscription holder and cannot be shared with other members of the Family subscription. AI features, usage quotas and the availability of individual applications may change as a result of Microsoft updates and may depend on the device, language, region and Microsoft account.
